That’s right, this contest could be the most fun you’ve had all year on Instagram! Dress up, grow a beard, get a mullet and look like Hucker to the best you can. Post a video or photo on Instagram or Facebook and we’ll pick our favorite 3 with the best looking Hucker impersonation. You might ask, “what does a Hucker look consist of?” He’s had different looks over the years but his mullet and mustache wins, hands down. His new look of a red beard and Oakley Razors in a Hawaiian shirt is gold too. Our top 3 picks get a Hucker seat and matching Hucker shirt (colors and sizes may vary) of their choice.
Rules: *This doesn’t have to be a riding shot, could be just a simple mug shot. Must tag #huckercontest. Must follow @demolitionparts and @mikehucker. Contest starts now till Dec 2nd.
Aaron Nardi made it out to the G-Shock Real Toughness event in Tokyo last week and got it in Vice Sports of all places. Check out what he had to say about the event and also this rad photo of Tyler getting a foot jam to fakie on the judging tower here>>
“Last weekend in Tokyo, watchmaker G-Shock held Japan’s biggest action sports competition of the year, the 31st annual Real Toughness event. Forty of the world’s top BMX riders, skateboarders, and break-dancers—all of them younger than 25 years old—competed on teams representing their home countries: Japan, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, South Korea, and the U.S. G-Shock also brought in some of Japan’s most popular DJs, musicians, and artists to create a free-to-the-public showcase of action sports and street performances.” – Vice Sports
Shred The Rez contest at the Pala skatepark in Pala CA is coming up Oct 10th. There’s gonna be a pro purse and all at this one, so you know there’s gonna be some insane riding going down. Congrats to our man Dennis Enarson for taking home a RIDE bmx Nora Cup for Ramp Rider Of The Year! Couldn’t be any more stoked. And was given by the man himself, Dave Mirra! Hell yes!! Photo by RIDE.
“So awesome to be able to bring out legends to award the next generation of legends. Serious thank you to Dave Mirra for presenting and to Crandell for hosting this year. And, of course, congrats to Dennis for winning the Ramp Rider Of The Year!” – RIDE
Big congratulations are due once again to Dennis Enarson for taking 2nd at the first ever Red Bull SkyLines contest in France. Dennis is having one hell of a year!! Big thanks to Andrew Brady and BMXonline.com for the photo!
While spectating at Dew Tour I snapped some photos here and there and by the end of the four day event I had enough goodies to throw together this photo flip from the event. The only thing I didn’t get was our bud Rob Wise riding over the brand new Toyota during the street style event. Luckily for us, Ride photographer Andrew Brady was there and was cool enough to send over a rad photo of Rob trucking over the car!! Big thanks to Andrew for kicking down the photo. Click HERE to view the Demolition Photo Flip from DEW!
And when you done checking out our gallery be sure to head over to BMXonline and check out all the photos that Andrew shot while he was at Dew.
I’m not sure where they got the name from but Dew Tour added a new event to their roster while in SF and it is called streetSTYLE. The idea was to take a existing street in San Francisco and add several obstacles that could be ridden as if they were naturally occuring in the streets. It was pretty crazy and looked more like a level out of Tony Hawk Pro Skater than anything else. Either way, Demolition’s own, Dennis Enarson, competed in the event and placed 2nd! Dennis has been on a roll this month, winning dirt and placing 2nd in street at Texas Toast and now a 2nd in streetSTYLE at Dew! Dennis is on FIRE!!
The Dew Tour has come to San Francisco and the Demo crew was out in full force! Chris Doyle, Mike Hucker Clark, Dennis Enarson and Rob Wise all competed and Christian Rigal and Ronnie Napolitan were also there to support their friends and watch the festivities. While there I was able to work may around the event throughout the weekend and snap some photos of the guys along the way. Check back this week to see a full ID of the Demolition guys at Dew! For now click on this photo of Doyle whipping the right side long and low and save it as your new wallpaper!
I’m not sure if the bomb saw more action from bikes riding it or drunk girls straddling it for photo-ops but either way it was a hit! And no matter how you got on it, that thing was wobbly to say the least!! Here Drew Hosselton gives the wobbles some steeze while he cruises over it. Click the photo to go BIG and save it!
The Demolition team was in full effect at this years Toast and even though it got a bit wet the first day the crew didn’t let it stop the fun! Between the Gauntlet of Death, Dirt, and the insanely over packed street qualifying, it was one hell of a good day. Click on the post to see some photos of the crew having a blast at Texas Toast!
Dennis seriously murdered Texas Toast this year winning dirt and placing 2nd in street behind Chad Kerley, all the while keeping in the spirit Texas Toast by laughing and having a blast the whole time. It’s great to see Dennis have such a good time riding and kick ass doing it at the same time!! Congrats Dennis!! Oh ya and click on this photo of Dennis doing a rail-ride to SWITCH wip and check it out BIG! photo by Cobbs.
2012 Texas Toast Qualifying + Guantlet of Death – More BMX Videos
The contest of the year is without a doubt Texas Toast and a lot of our guys were in attendance shredding the gauntlet, street and dirt courses. In this new video by Vital BMX, D Enarson and Hucker show off their stuff on dirt. Also, wait till the end to see Morgan Wade making it all the way through the gauntlet and hitting our bomb. So sick!
Freedom BMX just put up their video from Kill the Line contest in France. Features Demolition shredders, Dillewaard and Doyle.
Huge congrats goes out to Demolition’s dirt shredders, Chris Doyle and Mike “Hucker” Clark for placing first and second at the Kill the Line contest in France. They just came off our big Tea and Biscuits UK tour for 2 weeks to kill this contest in France. Couldn’t be prouder of those guys. Photo stolen from @dc_bmx‘s instagram.
The highly anticipated final round of the Dub Jam was a bit of a wash out but even with the flash floods, thunder, lightening and an ever decreasing dry spot at South Banks, it still made for a great time.
Monster had a couple grand to give away and the setup was simple, “do a good trick, get £20”. Stevie has lots of good tricks so this worked out very nicely for him. Lucky too, as he was all out of money.
It was hard to see through all the pot smoke and rasta coloured stems, but amongst the contestants were a fair few big named street dogs, Benny L, Dan Lacey, AK, Bruno Hoffman were all laying it down hard. – Elephant Distribution Click above image for the full gallery
For all those that need some new kicks and a new stem for their whip, LIKE both, Demolition Parts and DC Shoes Facebook pages and SHARE THIS PHOTO to be in the drawing to win. Good luck! Contest ends Aug. 24th.

Street just ended and it looks like Stevie just missed making the cut. We’re so proud of him regardless, the kid rules on and off the bike. Just making it in the X-Games is a huge accomplishment all in its own. Actually seeing the damn contest this year was an accomplishment all in its own too. Was it live on tv? I also had problems watching it stream online. Lets just hope ESPN steps up for these coming contest series! Photo courtesy of RIDE/ Ryan Fudger

I’m always stoked to see Rob get more and more attention. He’s an absolute beast but always seems to go under the radar. He killed at CKI and did some crazy ass tricks that I’ve never seen anyone do before on legit stuff. Rob placed 3rd on the red/blue rails and 2nd on the island. Above pic is a prime example; hard 180 to backwards grind. F-n crazy. Photo by RIDE BMX.
Demolition was all over Simple Session this year, between Pat Casey placing 5th to Gabe bunny hoping over the sun and now this sequence of Christian Rigal. Here Christian does one hell of a scary feeble on the up ledge to gap smith on the down ledge!
The Demolition guys killed it!! Thanks again to Ride UK for the goods…
Couple weeks back, we had our Best Manual Contest to win 3 sets of Momentum tires to the top 3 guys. We just picked out a few of our favorite manual videos and selected the following:
Chris Couch posted by Brett Rholfing – Manual down wedge, down quarter, up and down fun box to footjam.
Mike Kraycheek – Double peg to manual to downside whip.
Andrew Rickell – nose manual to hang 5 to manual to barspin into wedge.
Click more for full story
We’ve been wanting to do a proper tire contest for you guys for awhile now. We came up with the idea to have you guys send in a video (could be smartphone quality) of you doing your best manual trick. Could be down a rail, tricks in or out of the manual and etc. List is endless on what a cool manual is. All submissions have to be submitted to our Facebook Wall. We are giving out 3 sets of Momentum tire to the top 3 guys. Good luck! Above is Lil’-Stevie with his manual entry, haha. Read more for rules and etc.
2nd Annual BV Jam that is going down at Bluff Valley’s Over The Top Skatepark THIS SATURDAY (February 4th). Doors open at 10 a.m. Session starts then. Noon for the Beginner and Intermediate contest… Pro / Expert class starts at 2 with a bunch of jams throughout the day and I’m sure a product toss will get in there at the end. Get at BMX Union for more info.
After going through every video, we finally locked down our top 3 picks. We do have a reason for each pick and do a lil’ background check for each guy too. We really want guys that would really appreciate the prizes and that aren’t already hooked up by a company. To view the winners clips, go to our Facebook page.
Our number one pick is Hunter Wright. I think Doyle said it right when he said, “That’s something I’d do and I think he’d really appreciate the bike.”
Number two pick is Trey Turner. Trick is a long line, orignal and tech.
Third place goes to Andy Mackellar for the 3-point BMX wonder shot. We weren’t originally going to pick this since it’s not necessarily riding but we all agreed that this is a one in a million shot and he deserved something in the end.
Last day to get those clips in for our Facebook best clip contest. We’ll be announcing the winners first thing Friday. Check out all the entries on our Facebook wall. We’ve got a ton of insane clips so far and judging this thing will be no easy task! Above video is of Alfredo getting his flip whip on at 10′.
Our biggest contest of the year!! The contest is for the best clip of your best trick. All video clip submissions have to be sent to our facebook.com/demolitionparts wall. This is way awesome! Dennis gets a chance to design his own course for the upcoming Portland Dew contest.
“La Mesa, Calif. Park, Street and Dirt phenomenon Dennis Enarson lent his design expertise to the BMX Park course for this weekend’s upcoming Dew Tour Portland Invitational in Portland, Ore. According to the 20-year-old, his main objective in designing the Park course was to avoid the traditional BMX focal point — a box jump.” – Check the full story at ESPN
Dennis, McCarley, Harrington and Rigal as the filmer took a solid second at the Nike HB comp last week. Check the video for all the crazy action.
Rob’s team with Pat Casey and Dakota Roche kill it. If you haven’t noticed, Dennis is a beast at these comps too.

Lakin’s jumps have saved a lot of riders throughout the So Cal scene over the years. While a lot of jumps have been bulldozed or torn down, the Lakin brothers always welcomed riders to their yard. Come on down to their Hoedown Jam to ride with the pros and to ride one of the more famous dirt spots featured in all the mags. Check the flyer after the jump for more info.
Rob just sent this over after the Nike Pool comp. Congrats to Rob and Pat Casey (& the rest of team Bezanson) for placing second!
“I just got back from London. Nike had a pretty awesome contest. It was a team contest and I was on team Bezanson. The team was Drew Bezanson, Michael Beran, Pat Casey and myself. I felt a little out of place being the only street guy on the team but it was really fun. Our team ended up with 2 place!”
Huge congrats goes to our main man, DENNIS ENARSON on winning the best Team (Jeremiah Smith, Chad Kerley, Josh Harrington), as well as winning Best Pool Rider at the NIKE Pool Jam that went on this last weekend. The kid is on F-i-r-e!

So the Markit Cash Jam is in the books and what a blast it was! There was an awesome mix of Pro riders, who have ridden the ramp before and knew the lines, and Am riders who had never step foot on the Markit ramps and had to figure out the ramp on the spot. Regardless of Pros or Ams, everyone killed it and everyone had a chance to win some cash for killing it! The jam started off with the highest alleyoop over the hip, then Demolition’s Satellite Slayer, followed by East County BMX’s Euro Jam and then they day wrapped up with an overall ramp cash jam where if you did something crazy you got instant cash money. Here is Dig’s perspective from the jam courtesy of DOEBY and be sure to click on the post in order to check out the Jam edits from Vital and RideBMX!

$200 East County BMX DGAFer of the day. Which goes to whoever gives the least fucks all day. It doesn’t have to be the best rider, just the rider sending it the hardest all day.

It will be $10 to ride the ramps and $5 to hang out and spectate. All the money will go right back into a cash for tricks jam at the end of the day. We will throw about an hour on the clock and give out cash for anything we think is badass on and off the ramps! Come out and finish 2014 with the MARIT crew!!

Huge shoutout to all the boys for killing it! Until next year…
Texas Toast is underway and the content has been pouring out of Austin as if it were off a live feed from the contest. The good fellows at RideBMX have been out in full force and already they have posted an awesome photo gallery along with an edit from the day 1 shenanigans from Toast. Well imagine no longer, just get over to Hollenbeck Skatepark in LA at noon or if your not able to make it in person, head over to VitalBMX.com at noon on Saturday where you can watch the contest live.
So stoked for the champ! Ha! Although he would hate being called that, what Dennis isn’t hating is life right now! First winning street style in Portland, then winning street yesterday in Brooklyn and then taking home second today in street style, Dennis is straight killing it right now. Check out this highlight reel from yesterdays street finals and then click on the post to take a look at Dennis’ street style run that landed him second today.
Also a huge congratulations goes out to Tyler Fernengel for taking home fourth in today’s street style comp. So sick!!
I’ve been waiting for this one to drop, ever since I saw that photo of Hucker doing a massive 20′ air from his Instagram. Usually things don’t look as crazy in video but this throws that out, it’s f-n nuts. Rad to see Kris Fox there too, which he had to jet off from our Tea and Biscuits tour. Shout out to Red Bull for putting on these rad contests on.
