That’s right, we’re going to Japan! The good people over at Motocross International gave us the invite and so we got together a group of misfits together to hit the open road. Dennis, Connor, Fox, Tyler, and our fearless leader Joey Cobbs will all be in attendance there. We’ll be filming, riding with locals, playing tourist and hitting up shop stops along the way. We’ll be there from 5/15 – 5/24 if any of you out there in cyberspace are around. We can’t wait for this one, we’ve all been dying to get over to Japan for some time now. Kicking off 2014 BIG we’ve decided to re-post our latest trip edit stacked with a big crew, big trails, big air, and in the middle of BIG country, the great NorthWest. To try and make this trip happen in October may not have been the smartest mover ever, but with the crazy traveling schedules of Chris Doyle, Hucker, Rob Wise, Ronnie Napolitan, Dave Dillewaard and Kris Fox you can find yourself waiting for years for the perfect time to take a trip like this. So we “Threw Caution to the Wind” and embarked on this seemingly doomed trip anyway. After a soggy start the weather got on our side and we were able to session four amazing trails from Seattle all the way down south to Sacramento and the result of it all is this awesome edit put together by the man, Mike Mastroni. Keep an eye out for edit #2 from this awesome trip which should be dropping soon. Also be sure to check out the article from the trip in issue 197 of RideBMX!
Ronnie checking in here, the last two days of the trip have been a blast! The trails and the shops were both amazing. The first set of trails we went to were our homie Aaron Days trails. The jumps were so fun and the dirt was perfect. Everyone was killing it, including the locals. Check out some of the pictures, Im sure TM Cobbs missed a couple but we got a good update for you guys. Just kidding JOE! The second set of jumps we hit were the Burbons trails. Everyone killed it there as well we it was a really cool vibe. Later on that day we hit Cycle Path Bike Shop in Hayward. They had some ramps and stuff for everyone to ride and we even okay with us climbing up on the roof and setting up a little euro gap. That was pretty spare of the moment and crazy. Nothing but good times on this trip and awesome shops. Support your local bike shops and keep shredding! Thanks for everything guys.
Day 5 was our last day in Seattle and the weather allowed for yet another trail session, this time at our good friend AP’s house. The conditions were real wet so it took a bit of good ol teamwork to get the trails running and once they were running the session went nuts. After AP’s we headed south to Oregon, crashing out in Eugene. Day 6 brought us to Klammath Falls where we had a shop stop at GonRacin BMX shop. GonRacin is our boy, Josh Clemmens, shop so needless to say the turnout was awesome and everyone could not have been cooler. We chilled at the shop for a bit before heading over to the KF skatepark which is simply out of hand. The guys were loving the park so we ended the day there before getting back in the rig and pushing on to Redding. Be sure to check back for more updates from our Demo/QBP NW trails trip.
Yesterday was a good day. When we woke up to the fourth day of rain I was getting pretty doubtful if we were actually going to get to ride trails on this trails trip. But the weather broke early on in the day and the trails were in prime condition for shredding. After the first real session of the trip, the crew headed over to Go Huck Yourself to hang out with the locals and check out the shop. When we got there, the shop guys had setup an old metal quarter dead center in the middle of the shop! The session was on and the crew and the locals destroyed this little narrow quarter for a couple hours. One local especially, teamed up with Hucker and the two of them started doing tricks on the rafters behind the quarter. Check out all the photos from the day and be sure to check out Hucker and his buddy session the shop rafters. Hucker may have actually found another human equally as crazy as himself! Scary.
MORE RAIN!!! The day started off wet so we went to Starbucks, again, and killed time at Sears playing pong, riding bikes, and generally irritating the Sears Staff. Surprising we didn’t get the boot from Sears, unsurprisingly though it was still raining so we waiting out the rain till about 4pm. When the weather finally did break we got two good sessions in at some local parks and ending the day on the BMX.
If you are in the South Renton/Seattle area tonight around 5:30pm We will be at Go Huck Yourself at 230 Main Ave from 530-730p.Be sure to come by and say whats up! See you there.
Be sure to check back for more from the Demolition/QBP Northwest Trails Trip.
The Demolition/QBP Northwest Trails trip is underway and it’s been soggy to say the least. The plan was to drive straight from LA to Seattle and then to work our way back south over the next week, hitting trails and parks along the way. As soon as we got through Southern Oregon it starting pissing rain and has only let up once since then. We were able to fit in a park session in between rains which was awesome. Kris Fox had a massive shred boner after being stuck in the van for 20 hours and so he released his boner by cranking massive look backs and doing footjams on big scary quarters. Be sure to check back here daily for weather and riding updates from our Demolition/QBP Northwest Trails Trip.
The Demo team has linked up with QBMX for a second time, this time around for a trails trip throughout the Northwest United States! The crew is stacked and is as follows; Chris Doyle, Mike Hucker Clark, Ronnie Napolitan, Rob Wise, Kris Fox and Dave Dillewaard. We will be stoping at three shops along the way so if you are anywhere near Go Huck Yourself on Oct. 3rd , Gonracin on Oct 5th or Cyclepath on Oct 7th be sure to make it out and say whats up! Stay tuned for daily updates from the Demolition Northwest Trails Trip.
So the Demolition in Colorado trip has come to an end and was total blast! It has actually been a couple days since we’ve got home but since the drive from Denver to LA is just shy of 20 hours I had to take a day off to recover from the mission. Lots of riding and lots of driving the last couple days of the trip, be sure to click on the post to check out the gallery from our last few days on the road while on Demolition in Colorado.
Big thanks goes out to crew and to everyone that helped us along the way to make this trip a successful and memorable one!
Day started off just a well as all the others until we all found out that Jason and Biz’s room was infested with bed bugs and had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Once we all heard that we all began to itch and get bummed so we packed up our gear, rode street all day in Colorado Springs and headed back up north to Denver for the last two days of the trip. Once clear of the insect motel we had an action packed day of spot searching and street riding. Now we’re back up in Denver and eager to keep the momentum going. Check back later for more updates from Demolition in Colorado.
And if you have instagram, follow our trip at #DemolitionMTNmission
Day 6 began by heading south out of Denver and into Colorado Springs for a shop stop at Pedal Action BMX. BMX specific shops are getting more and more popular and it couldn’t be more positive for BMX which is why it means so much to us to get to come out and hang with everyone from the shop and all the locals that go to the shop to keep their rides rolling. After the shop stop we rolled over to the local park with everyone, which by the way is one of the most amazing parks any of us have ever seen! The park was jammed with people so we took a few runs and moved on to shred some local street. Aboy and Tate both got some solid clips and we wrapped up the day spot searching for some more riding tomorrow! Don’t forget to come back to the site and check for some more updates from Demolition in Colorado. Click on the post and check out the rest of the photos from the day.
Yesterday the Demolition in Colorado crew made a shop stop over at PUSHER BMX. PUSHER has been around since I can remember, when I first heard of PUSHER it was a crazy out of hand BMX zine but now it is a BMX specific bike shop in Denver CO. Clay Brown started the zine in the 90′s and heads the shop now. Its awesome that places like PUSHER still hold it down and BMX and we were honored to get the invite to come by and session with all the locals. There were rails, ledges, hotdogs, and burgers, so of course the were only good times at PUSHER yesterday. Click on the post to check out all the photos from our stop over at PUSHER.
Day 4 started us at an awesome skate plaza out in the middle of the Colorado countryside. The guys clipped up a bit, we met up with Demolition homie Greg Sumida and then took off to ride some ditches and whatever other spots we came across. Greg got loose across a water gap and scared everyone half to death but he was fine, just a pair of soggy shoes. We ended day 4 with one of the most important discoveries of the trip, TWIN PEAKS. ” I don’t even know that Hooters is in business anymore….” -Jason Enns.
We got up early on day 5, shredded more ditches, and then headed to downtown Denver for some street setups. After Aboy and Biz both clipped up on the streets we cruised over to PUSHER BMX for an awesome shop stop. After the shop stop we wrapped up the day with another late night session over at Twin Peaks. Check out the photos from the last two days and be sure to check back tomorrow for more updates from Demolition in Colorado.
Day 3 definitely brought more action into the trip, we finally made it to Colorado and because we had been stuck in the van for so long we decided on a park day and hit up three different parks in Northern Colorado. The agenda for the day was to session as much as possible and stay out of the van as much as possible and thats exactly what we did. Jason got the OK from his knee doc to ride just before coming on the trip so its been awesome to seem him so stoked to ride. These guys are always making bets for Hooters dinner and yesterday Tate was the sucker, he bet Jason 10 wings he couldn’t ride across the spine, lost. Bet Jason a pitcher of beer that he couldn’t over-tooth the spine first try, lost. Then Tate bet Biz that he wouldn’t pull his clip the very next try and lost a half pitcher of beer in the process. Needless to say Tate’s per diem is whipped out on Day 3 and the fun has just begun. Click on the post to check out all the photos from our park day and stay tuned for more updates from Demolition in Colorado.
So we’ve been on the road to Colorado for the last two day and have yet to make it to Colorado. Even though we’ve spent most of the last two days on the road we’ve been keeping ourselves entertained. We’ve sessioned Tate’s pong table, had a few brews with good friends in Salt Lake City, watched a lady smoke meth in her car at a red light and all while we getting a constant gaseous bombardment from Biz’s ass, which has been especially difficult being locked in the rig. Oh ya and when Biz farts and we’re all dying from Biz’s ass smell, he tries to mask the smell by lighting his leg hair on fire… As for day two, it has taken us the down the long and lonely road through Wyoming and into Cheyenne. And in regards to riding there hasn’t been much more than a few tumble weeds, tweakers, cowboys and truck stops to look at. Stay tuned for more and click on the post to check out our gallery from the first two days on the road.
The guys headed up to Colorado to ride, film and shoot some pics are also going to visit Pusher and Pedal Action BMX shops (Friday and Saturday) to bbq, hang out and ride with the locals. If you’re in the area, be sure to stop by to get in on the free food, giveaways and pound a few cold ones with the crew. All the info is above in the flyer. If you have any further questions, please contact each shop listed. Click flyer to go BIG. See ya’ soon!
Our last two days at Woodward West have come and gone and we had a blast to say the least! We goofed around all over camp on Thursday with some archery in the morning and bowling in the afternoon while shooting for our new T shirt ID which should be released soon. BIZ thinks he owns both bowling and archery but no matter what he tells ya he’s no Robin Hood or Jeffery Lebowski, he just happened to win $5 in a lucky bowling game… In the midst of all that we had a rad morning trails session followed by an even more insane evening trails session with little sessions all over camp fit in between.
Friday started out awesome with a crazy couple games of foot down with the campers and a product toss afterward. We had a couple of chill sessions, I had a crazy backflip bail, and the crew filmed a few clips before taking off back to reality and the real world. Goodbye Woodward West! We had another great week of summer with you guys and can’t thank you enough for the invite and your hospitality. Till next time…..
Day 2 is in the books and the crew has seriously been killing it. Drew Hosselton made it to camp and jumped right into the session filming cool technical clips all over camp. Dennis murdered the hangar which inspired Kris Fox to do one of the craziest things I’ve ever seen in person. I wish I could tell you more about it but you’ll just have to wait for the edit. Dennis is off to X games and Enns, Dillsy, Castillo and BIZ are all on their way to camp to continue with the fun from Demo at Woodward.
Our first day here at Woodward West for our second annual Demo Week and no time was wasted getting into the swing of things. Dennis, Kris, and Connor were all filming crazy clips and riding with campers throughout the day. Hucker and Tyler both made it to camp just in time for Hucker to over grind the crater’s over-vert quarter on his skateboard and throw down truly amazing cliff hangers on the BMX over at the trails. If the campers weren’t already stoked to be riding with the Demo crew at Woodward they’re beyond stoked when Hucker joins in on the session. Click on the post to check out the craziness from the day, more to come tomorrow…
If you are going to be at Woodward West for week 9, July 28th thru August 3rd, get ready because it’s going to be the best week of your summer! Demolition is coming to Woodward West for another week of sweet summer fun, See ya at camp!
Barcelona could very well be one of the more photogenic cities in the world. For a photographer it’s almost impossible to put the camera in the bag. So it’s expected that there’s a million and a half photos sitting on my hard drive from BCN. So here are a few more photos you guys should check out from the last few days of our time in Barcelona, and a few photos from earlier in the trip just for good measure. Click on the post and see what the Markit crew got into.
Russ Barone got the opportunity to shred Barcelona with the FOX crew in the RIDE TO GLORY contest that just went down. The contest looked to be a huge success and I hear everyone had a blast participating in it. Russ is back in the states now and eating veggies and shredding spots as usual! Check out the above photo of Russ bombing into a bank while in BCN!
Josh Perry recently took a solo trip out to France to shred the FISE contest and rep his frame sponsor, EASTERN BIKES, in the process. Even though he was left to session solo for most of the trip he still managed to put out this awesome edit during his time there. Head over to Soul Mag’s site HERE and check out Josh shredding France!
Here is another quick update from Markit’s trip in BCN that is going on right now. The guys at Markit were cool enough to let me tag along and shoot photos of the Demo guys while they wrap up filming for MarkitZERO. Barcelona has so much going on its easy to miss something so I have been keeping my camerq out as much as I can to attempt to capture the craziness that is Barcelona. So click on the post and check out what makes BCN so sick!
The Markit crew made the trek across the pond this week to Barcelona to wrap up filming for their first full length DVD, Markit Zero. Because they are so rad, they let me tag along and document the insanity. The first two days have been amazing, there are so many things to see on the way to every spot that its a constant mix of sight seeing and BMX. Click on the post to check out the rest of the photos from the first two days of Markit in BCN.
What would you bring with you if you were hitting the road for a month? Want to know what Connor Lodes brings with him when as he takes off to Europe for the month of May? Click on the photo to view it bigger and see what Connor packs when he’s going over seas on an epic BMX adventure.
The one single thing that Connor happened to actually forget was his PASSPORT!! So what do you do when your two hours from home and have 3 hours till your international flight and have forgotten your passport at home? You start making calls to all your best friends and hope to god that someone has the day off work!! HUGE thanks to Connor’s friend GLEN for coming through in a pinch and hooking up Connor with his passport just moments before he had to get on the plane!
Also be sure to follow Connor’s updates from the road on his InstaGram @Connor_Lodes and for the occasional repost @DemolitionParts
Earlier this year Kink put together a trip called #JustCruising, where they hopped on a Caribbean cruise ship and rode spots throughout the ports they stopped at. Demolition’s Aaron Smith and Chris Doyle were lucky enough to earn spots on the trip and partake in the festivities, so hit play and check out their adventure!
Dennis, Rob, Christian and Connor were all been out in Albequrqe last week on Markit’s BreakingABQ trip. They guys have been going hard filming but have been making sure to have just as much fun off the bike as on. One of the days was blown out by the wind so the guys decided to go hiking in the desert while Dennis hit Mike Jonas with sticks. Be sure to check out the Markit site for web gallery updates from the trip.
Here is a little slice of life while NOT on the bikes during Lost In LoneStar. The house we rented had an awesome BBQ so of course we had a BBQ! And when Dennis Enarsron is around you can be sure whatever fire that also happens to be around is going to be BIG! And with support from Senior Ronaldo and Corona there’s no telling what may happen. This is how Dennis and Ronnie get the coals glowin’ on Lost In LoneStar!
Last month the Demolition Team had the honor of traveling down to Costa Rica to cruise around for a week meeting Ticos and Ticas and eating Tamales! Well, not a ton of tamales were eaten but we did meet a lot of Costa Ricans and we did have the chance to shoot our very first DISPOSED feature for our friends over a DefGrip. I’ve always loved clicking through their DISPOSED features so I’m stoked that Demolition Parts has gotten to do one. So waste no more time, click HERE and check out Demolition’s Ticos and Tamales Tour DISPOSED!!!
I know that’s probably the worst blog post title of all time but Rob’s table air redeems this post from its lack of title creativity. We found this ditch setup on the side of the road while driving to another spot and it turned out to be one of the more unique spots of the trip. Rob’s air may make this setup look Amazing, but believe me, Rob is making this thing look a lot easier to ride than it really is. Be sure to click on the post and save Rob’s table as your new wallpaper!
Day 4 of Ticos and Tamales was awesome, we rode street all throughout San Jose and got to really take in the city, the locals and the spots. Then as I’m sure many of you have heard our trip came to a screeching halt when all our camera bags along with Connor’s bag were stolen out of the back of our van while at the local BMX contest. Getting all your most precious belongings stolen from you when you least expect it is never the way you want to end a trip but unfortunately for us this is the way this trip has wrapped up. We will be here in Costa Rica for a few more days but we’re pretty much confined to watching DVDs and gambling at the local casino until we leave. We have had tons of support from the local BMX community and want to thank them for their hospitality while we have been in their country. Pura Vida COSTA RICA! The next time we see each other it will be happier times!
Day 3 has come to an end and it was the craziest day yet. We started off the day with press conference on Costa Rican TV promoting the sport of BMX in Costa Rica, as well as their largest bmx contest, BMX PARK CONTEST. We then hit up Braulio’s shop for an awesome shop stop with the coolest locals ever. It’s weird to think that we don’t speak the same language but can totally relate to each other through BMX, which is so rad. We then got on the bikes and rode street in San Jose for the rest of the day. The traffic and the driving habits in San Jose are completely insane, Braulio told us it was a jungle in the streets and he wasn’t kidding! With cars, motorcycles and busses zipping by within inches of us without tapping the brakes we were looking over our shoulder with every move made. Stay tuned for more updates from this wild adventure and follow us on instagram at @DemolitionParts and #TicosAndTamales
Be sure to click on the post to check out the rest of the photos from Day 3 of our Ticos and Tamales Tour!
The Ticos and Tamales Tour is underway and already there is just too much craziness to recap. We’ve hit up three shop stops so far and they have all been so rad, the locals and shop owners couldn’t have been cooler. Costa Rica is amazing, between the locals, the rain forrest, the cities, and the spots, its been eye opening to say the least and we’re only two days into the trip. There are a ton of photos in this first gallery, from riding to the locals being locals, be sure to click on the post and check out all the images.
Also, be sure to check back for more updates from our Ticos and Tamales Tour and be sure to follow our trip on instagram at #TicosAndTamales
And a Huge Huge thanks to Braulio and Jeff at Inversions Jovita for hooking everything up and already making this trip a memorable one.
Our big Costa Rico trip, #TicosandTamales is underway and riders, Drew Hosselton, Aaron Smith, Connor Lodes, Ronnie Napolitan are already enjoying the sites and mingling with the locals. Joey Cobbs is once again at the helm of the trip and will be shooting all the updates sure to come and Mastroni is also on this one and will be working on the edit to come shorty after. Check all the updates on our Instagram or hit the tag, #TicosandTamales for all the usual escapades. Big shout out to Inversiones Jovita for all their help organizing the trip and setting us up with all the locals and etc.
It’s official, the first Demolition X Markit collab Lost In Lone Star, has come to an end. You may have noticed the lack of updates the past few days but thats only because the crew has been going into overtime clocking last minute clips. This trip was so amazing its hard to pick out one moment that stands out but one things for sure, I will remember this trip forever! BIG thanks to Dennis, Ronnie, Connor, Aboy, Mastroni, Rob and Geoff for making it such a rad time! WE OUT!!!
We got out of the house pretty early to ride a few cool ditch spots we were told we couldn’t pass up. They were definatly fun and good to warm up at. We even got a couple clips before we roled around one of the dopest universities we’ve ever seen. After a nice dinner we pulled the lights out and Ronnie shut it down with two big moves at one spot. Click on the post to see the rest of the photos from the day. #lostinlonestar to follow the trip through insta gram.
Half way through the trip, and the spots are still endless! We spent the whole day sessioning a loading dock spot behind one of the biggest Latino dance clubs in Texas. There was nobody around so we blasted music from the van as the crew went in on clips. Our friend Nick, who is the man around here, has been hooking it up with amazing spots and places to grub out, so BIG BIG thanks to Nick for all the help on this trip. Click on the post to check out the rest of the photos from the day and stay tuned for more updates on the trip. #lostinlonestar
The fourth day of our DemolitionxMarkit trip was a pretty chill day compared to the others. Everybody was pretty beat from riding the previous day but Aaron, Connor, and Geoff still managed to pull through with some ridiculous clips. We called it pretty early so everybody could get recharged for the next day. When we got back to the house things heated up on the mini pong table and Rob hustled the house for a few bucks, stay tuned for some good footage of that in the DemolitionXMarkit edit. And make sure to keep following the crew at #LostInLoneStar and be sure to click on the post to view the rest of the photos from the day.
Day three in San Antonio was spent at the DIY ditch spot all day. James Ditch is unreal! You could have fun there for days on end. Luckily we got a whole day there and everybody clipped up for MARKIT ZERO and for the DemolitionXMARKIT edit. Make sure to keep an eye out for what’s going on with the crew by following #lostinlonestar. Click top image to go to the full gallery.
Day 2 was even more productive than day one out here in San Antonio. We hit a few amazing spots, stopped at a local BBQ, chilled with some friends, got a couple clips for Markit Zero and kept plucking away at out Markit X Demolition edit. Follow the whole crew and out trip at #LostInLoneStar. Click top image to go to the full gallery
The first Demolition collab trip has officially begun with our best homies, MarkitBMX. It’s only day one and already a ton of awesome shit has gone down along with too many funny ball busting moments to mention. With all the sredding and ball busting going down only time will tell how much of San Anotnio will be left when we’re gone!
Our BIG collab trip with the Markit crew to San Antonio TX is about to begin. Riders going are Connor Lodes, Ronnie Napolitan, Aaron Smith, Rob Wise, Dennis Enarson and Geof Slattery. Mike Mastroni and Joey Cobbs will also be behind the lens. Be on the lookout for an edit later on and Joey will keep you guys up to date on daily pics from the road. Feel free to follow the trip on Instagram at #lostinlonestar. See ya soon Texas!
This trip was rad from beginning to end, awesome crew, awesome spots, not much driving, and tons of fun. I think this edit does a great job showing just how epic this trip was. This edit did just come out earlier this month along with the print article in Dig Issue 91 but why not put it up again so we can watch it again and get stoked to go ride, AGAIN!? Be sure to keep an eye out for the photoFLIP book from this trip which should be popping up online any second now…
The Northeast trails trip was one of those trips that when you heard about the idea you immediately got excited. The very thought of bringing the world’s best trail riders to the world’s best trails gets people imagining what those sessions just might look like. Well imagine no more, click play to watch the magic that went down during Demolition’s Northeast Trails Trip. Big thanks to all the locals and to QBP for helping out with the trip.
The edit from the North East Trails Trip that we did with QBP this summer has been released on DIG’s site exclusively for the next 24hrs!! Be sure to head over to their site and watch the edit right now! Also, be sure to check back here tomorrow to watch the edit again on our site! Big Thanks to Mike Mastroni for doing such a kick ass job filming, the crew for shredding hard everyday and all the trail locals for being so rad, working so hard, and for letting us come ride!!
“Here’s the third and last video from our Tea & Biscuits UK Tour featuring shop stops at Alpha BMX, Pro Cycle Center, and The Source BMX Shop. Thanks again to Steve Bancroft and Rusty at Elephant as well as all the shops for the great times! Lets do it again soon guys! Enjoy” — Mastroni
Day 3 and 4 of the trip are in the books and have kept up with the pace that this stacked crew set early on in the trip. Tuesday started off at a delicious bagel breakfast spot and ended at SuperFly’s jump in Long Island, Keyko. Those trails were rad and the locals all came out to chill with us and have some laughs. Can’t thank Supes enough for letting the crew get out there and session for the afternoon.
Yesterday brought us to Action Wheels in Bethlehem, PA. Those dudes we sooo sick and have such a solid scene that they made us feel right at home as soon as we got there. We hung out at the shop for a bit, signing autographs and giving out stickers, until we all rolled down the road to the local skate plaza for a session with the locals. Once there we saw one of the craziest bunnyhop contests ever where one kid sheered his stem clean off and then we ended the session with a little rain and a product toss. HUGE thanks goes out to Action Wheels and the awesome dudes that run that shop for their hospitality and for showing us such a great time!!
Day 2 of the trip brought us back to Panamoka for seconds. Those trails are so good that the crew just couldn’t pass up the opportunity to go back there to get another session in. Part way through the day Chris took a pretty bad spill so he and Dillewaard headed off to the hospital to be safe and get Chris checked out. After a couple hours we got the call that Doyle was all good and so we all met up at the Applebees and finished the day over some food and drinks. Everyone on the crew wants to give a HUGE thanks to Keith Terra and the other Panamoka locals for allowing us to come ride and showing us a great session. Thanks again guys!!
Is case you thought I was serious, our buddies Ronald and Dennis are not turning Japanese. They recently traveled to Japan with the Haro team and Ron was awesome enough to send some photo over from their trip along with an update on what he has been up to lately. Check out the photos from their trip by clicking on the post.
“Hey everyone, just checking in and letting everyone know what I have been up too. Last couple months have been really crazy for me. Ill be at nora cup/interbike this year also, and right after that some of the Demolition boys and I will be on the east coast for a Demolition Dirt trip. Im looking forward to that so badly you guys have no idea. Ive been dying to get flow some trails with a bunch of good friends. Yeah other than that Ill hopefully be chillin and filming for the MARKIT video as well.. haha been busy but couldnt be happier! talk to you guys soon and here are some pics from Japan! Later Everyone!” — Ronnie
Demolition has quite the stacked crew of trail riders so it seemed only logical to put together an all trails trip through some of the best trails in the WORLD. We’ve teamed up with QBP and have been working on making this happen for quite some time now so the crew is getting seriously excited for this trip to get started!! We’ll also be stoping at several shops along the way so if your in the area at the listed times be sure to come by and say whats up! And be sure to follow us on Instagram and Twitter @DemolitionParts and get up dates from the trip at #northeastdirttrip
Greetings from Toulouse, France! After Kill The Line, myself, Dillewaard, and Heath Pinter linked up with Jeremy “Jems” Muller and his Compression crew for a week long trail trip through the south of France. We’ve been welcomed to some of the best trails that Europe has to offer by accommodating locals and friendly faces. We’ve swam in oceans and rivers, and partied till dark in the woods. This trip has been nothing short of amazing. Big thanks to all the locals who showed us a great time!
Check out the rest of the photos after the jump
Today was spent dodging rain and riding bikes in the home of television and the spiritual home of UK BMX, Hastings. First off we checked the infamous Marina double set to see if Stevie was feeling any bar raising, but the wind was howling head on so we had to turn our backs on the status spot and head to the shelter of The Source’s backyard set up. We rode there for a couple of hours before drinking another few litres of tea and heading over to 4Down’s new indoor facility. The place is really well designed and finished to a super high standard and, although only a couple of weeks old, has already been sessioned by a slewth of UK and US big shots. Stevie and Broc more than held their own and laid down a fair few firsts, big shout out to Ian, Dean, Coxie, Bomber, Wildcat and Mark and Rich Moore. Cheers – Elephant Distribution Click above image for the full gallery
Dartmoor today for some hiking and sightseeing. Stevie Churchill is afraid of heights so he couldn’t climb up the rock, it’s weird as he’ll 360 El Torro without batting an lash but he’s too scared to climb up a billion year old stack of granite. Doyle broke up the long drive and entertained by reciting infamous scenes from the Spinal Tap film as we drove past Stonehenge.
We arrived at Brighton BMX about 4pm and the grill was lit. We rode the ramps and flipped burgers until the sun went down. After dark we hit the bar where Hucker ordered a quadruple Jamesons, the bar maid commented that it was the biggest drink they had ever served, Hucker’s reply was, “You better stick another shot in it then.” Mastroni was on for a promise from an “earthy” looking hippy chick but he was forced to abort mission after he discovered she was going to be snorting horse tranquilizers and exploring dark caves.
Cheers to shop owner Bob for putting on a great spread. – Elephant Distribution Click above image for the full galleryt
Long drive to Newton Abbot today. Our mini bus is restricted to 58 mph so we get over taken a lot. Kye and Leo Forte kindly put us up for a couple of nights and we had a great session at Kye’s new shop PCC. The jump box was sessioned heavy by all and a good day was topped off with an equally out of hand session at Ye Old Cider Bar. With names like ‘Desiel’, ‘Suicide’ and ‘Black Rat’ it’s no wonder the next morning we saw a bit of a slow start. I’ve heard one of the drinks in that place referred to as “Liquid Down Syndrome”.
Dave and his crew at Rad BMX went all out for us yesterday with homemade cakes, a sweet jumpbox, party, food and reiki for Doyle’s bad shoulder all made for a swell time with a chill vibe.
In a very different session to the grindy one at the previous day’s Dub Jam, the box jump outside Rad BMX was trained nonstop for 5 hours. We met a guy called Fat Paul who talks solidly and who only stops when he hears the word “Bungalow”. Many autographs were signed and we had to wrestle Doyle away from the place as the Rad dudes were set on keeping him for themselves in a specially designed room above the shop. – Elephant Distribution Click above image for the full gallery
The highly anticipated final round of the Dub Jam was a bit of a wash out but even with the flash floods, thunder, lightening and an ever decreasing dry spot at South Banks, it still made for a great time.
Monster had a couple grand to give away and the setup was simple, “do a good trick, get £20″. Stevie has lots of good tricks so this worked out very nicely for him. Lucky too, as he was all out of money.
It was hard to see through all the pot smoke and rasta coloured stems, but amongst the contestants were a fair few big named street dogs, Benny L, Dan Lacey, AK, Bruno Hoffman were all laying it down hard. – Elephant Distribution Click above image for the full gallery
Another day of tea and biscuits. Today we went to Alpha BMX shop and Stoke Street Plaza. Shop owner Al Munger went to town and arranged a full on event, complete with insurance, a gazebo, power, music, water and some MILFS!
– Russell made at least 500 cups of tea today
– Lots of things got signed, including but not limited to; foreheads, rat tails and scooters
– Hucker demanded that the next time we have a tour we include on the flier the line “Bring your mom”
– Hucker got street and ditched his brakes
– He also killed the bowl before ejecting at full height and killing his back
– Then he flirted with a ginger police lady
– A grown man approached me and said “Can you please introduce me to Chris Doyle, I’m more nervous about talking to him than I am about talking to girls.”
– Hucker bought a bottle of Jack from a bar at £90 (approx $145)
Now we’re off to London Town for Dub Jam. . . – Elephant Distribution

We met up with kick flip connoisseur, Phil de Mattia who kindly lead us on a guided spot tour of Britain’s streetest city, Liverpool. It was a fine day and most of the crew just sat back and laughed while Stevie Churchill effortlessly raised the bar a few notches at some of Liverpool’s most infamous spots. The double drop at Tunnel Banks has seen its fair share of action over the years, Phelan has whipped it and a couple of dudes have three’d it. After Stevie threw in his 2p’s worth it’s hard to imagine what the next big move there could possibly be.
Hucker was having a blast bar riding all over town hollering at girls, until he fell off in front of a coach causing the driver to slam on the brakes and throw all his passengers violently forward, livid Scouse bus drivers are some of the scariest humans on the planet and Hucker felt the wrath. After that he kept his feet more on his pedals than his grips.
In the evening we headed to Rampworx to drink tea and eat biscuits with one thousand riders. Doyle, Hucker and Churchill killed the place and by the end of the night the scene was verging on biblical, with the crew being treated as Gods and us feeding the 5000 with tea and Hobnobs.
Big thanks to all the crew at the park for hooking us up, they went all out with their hospitality – free food, drinks and bike parts. They’ve had their doors open now for 15 years now and it’s all down to their commitment and awesome attitude. – Elephant Distribution

Yesterday was a day of airport laps and trails. We went to Epsom (trails) and Fids (legendary UK rider) made a few people’s day with a flip-off nothing over the last set. Was a good day; we drove up to Liverpool and today we’re riding street until 6pm, then we have a demo/stop at Rampworx. Should be a good time.- Elephant Distribution Click the photo above to view the whole gallery.
